You may not use your companyname .jobs domain for:

1. Spam

2. Adult content (i.e., porn)

3. Cybersquatting

4. Job Aggregation (i.e., third-party job listings not your own)

5. Any purpose prohibited by law

6. Identity theft, phishing, hacking and distribution of viruses

7. Defaming, embarrassing, harming or harassing third parties

8. Any act of fraud

You are responsible for the usage of your companyname .jobs domain at all times during the period of your registration. In the event of any violation of the CNUP, .jobs reserves the right to revoke, suspend, terminate, cancel or otherwise modify your rights to your domain name.
